About

Why btskr.army exists.

Visiting Korea as ARMY is a different trip than visiting Korea as a generic tourist. You're not chasing the standard top-10 list — you want HYBE Yongsan, you want the cafés members were photographed at, you want to find the right Olive Young, the right album store, the right hanbok rental, and you definitely don't want to get scammed on a concert ticket.

The English-language internet treats Korea as if you'll figure it out. The Korean-language internet has all the answers, but most of them are locked behind KakaoTalk groups, Naver blogs, and Korean apps that don't have an English UI worth using.

btskr.army is built by ARMY who actually live in Korea — Korean- speaking, Korea-resident — to put the working answers in one place. Pre-trip checklist, pilgrimage map, where to shop, what to skip. Sourced where possible, marked pending where not yet verified.

How we source and update

Every place pin links to a dated public source where one exists and is labelled Sourced; pins we haven't yet verified are marked Pending so you know what to double-check. Guides carry an Updated date, and we tell you to confirm anything time- or money-critical on the official site before you rely on it. Found something wrong or out of date? Reach us via the DMCA/contact page below.

Some outbound links (for example eSIM providers) may be partner links, and we may earn a small commission if you buy through them. It never changes the price you pay, and it never decides what we recommend — picks are based on the trade-offs that actually matter for a Korea trip.

We are not affiliated with HYBE, BIGHIT MUSIC, or BTS. We don't use official logos or trademarks, and member-related guidance is referenced to dated public sources. If anything on this site shouldn't be here, contact us via the DMCA page.
